Are there other fees associated with my booking?

Yes, there is a 3% booking fee and 5% GST (mandatory government tax) due at the time of booking.

WHAT CAN'T I BRING?

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Up to 48 hours before your trip - should you wish to cancel, we will refund your full payment minus Big Nature's service fees (3%), incurred by processing your transaction online through our payment processor.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip are not eligible for refund.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Yes! For children requiring a car seat, we ask that you provide & install it in the vehicle.

CAN YOU PICK UP IN CUSTOM LOCATIONS?

Yes! On the day of your private booking, we can pick you up anywhere between Calgary and Lake Louise. For custom pick ups, please contact the Big Nature office at least 72 hours in advance of your trip.

CAN WE GO ELSWEHERE ON A SIGHTSEEING TRIP?

We can bring guests to many Canadian Rockies areas, such as Banff, Kootenay and Yoho National Parks, Lake Minnewanka, Kananaskis, Athabasca Glacier, or the Icefields Parkway. We're happy to work with you on a trip itinerary that suits you and your group. Please contact us with inquiries about custom itineraries.
